  1. Reservations and Payment: All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed with the corresponding payment. A 15% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due upon check-in.
  2. Cancellations and Modifications: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund of the deposit. Date modifications are subject to availability and may be subject to rate changes.
  3. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 1:30 p.m. and check-out before 11:30 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges. Please check in advance.
  4. Non-Smoking Policy: It is a smoke-free establishment. Fines will apply for smoking in designated non-smoking areas. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony of the unit. It is prohibited to throw cigarette butts into the street or internal courtyards.
  5. Damage and Loss: The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the hotel facilities or property during their stay. A valid credit card or security deposit will be required at check-in to cover potential damage charges.
  6. Coexistence Rules: Guests must respect the tranquility of other residents and follow the coexistence rules established by the hotel. Violation of these rules may result in early termination of the stay without refund.
  7. Pets: Check with the hotel for detailed information on the pet policy.
  8. Liability: The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to valuables left in the rooms or common areas.
